Woodbine Station Association, Inc. is not liable for the safety of residents or their guests while using the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Pools, or its other facilities.
 
General Regulations for Resident Members and Guests
 
Woodbine Station Association, Inc. is not liable for the safety of residents or their guests while using the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Pools, or its other facilities.
                                                                                                                       
  1. The Woodbine Station Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Common Areas, and Tennis Courts are for the enjoyment of Woodbine Station Association members who are current on their dues and their guests ONLY.  To properly protect these valuable community amenities and to guard the safety of everyone who uses them, members must have their fob with them before entering the pool and tennis areas.  
  2. All Clubhouse, Pool, and Tennis guests must be accompanied by a WSA member with current dues status.  Pool guests must register upon entry. NOTE: Woodbine residents whose lots are not members of the HOA do not qualify as guests and may not use amenities. If you are a non-member lot owner and want to join the HOA, please contact a Board member. 
  3. No wheeled conveyances (bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or skates) may be worn or ridden inside the Clubhouse or the fence surrounding the tennis courts or pool area. No powered toys (such as radio-controlled vehicles) are permitted to be used or run inside the Clubhouse or the fence surrounding the tennis courts or pool area.  Wheelchairs, walkers, and other aids for those with disabilities are permitted. Baby strollers are permitted.
  4. The use of ATVs/UTVs/motorcycles/dirt bikes/etc. is strictly prohibited on all Woodbine Station Association-owned common areas, including but not limited to green spaces, the playground, tennis courts, sidewalks, trails, and bridges. This is to ensure the safety of residents, prevent property damage, and maintain the aesthetic integrity of the community. Violators may be subject to fines and/or other enforcement actions as determined by the BOD, WSA covenants/bylaws, and/or trespassing laws.
  5. The use of bounce houses, inflatables, slides, etc. is strictly prohibited on/in all Woodbine Station Association-owned common areas.
