WSA Amenities

Woodbine Station boasts top-notch amenities and an abundant amount of community space for members of the HOA to enjoy. Member dues support updates and additions to our community's amenities, and both volunteers and professionals provide maintenance and upkeep tasks throughout the year. If you would like to volunteer for a project, have a suggestion to share, or see something that needs attention, please reach out to the Board.

Important Note: Inflatables and bounce houses are strictly prohibited on all Woodbine Station Association common areas, including the clubhouse, grounds, and parking lots. ATVs/UTVs, etc. are also strictly prohibited on WSA grounds and property.
The Woodbine Station Pool

The Woodbine Station pool is one of our most popular amenities and a favorite gathering place for residents. The pool is open from the first weekend of May through the end of September. Our Olympic-sized pool features two diving boards, shaded seating areas, cabanas, a walk-in baby pool with sprinklers, and ample seating for families and guests. If you are a new resident and you need a pool fob, please contact the current Pool Coordinator.

Guests & Visitors
Families may bring up to six (6) guests without advance reservation. Guests must be registered at the pool. For groups larger than six, or to reserve space for a small pool party, please contact the Pool Coordinator. Our pool management company requires two weeks’ notice for reservations. Current pricing and additional details can be found in the annual directory.

Swim at Your Own Risk (SAYOR)
During Swim at Your Own Risk hours, all pool rules remain in effect. Children and teens under the age of 18 must continue to observe adult swim at the 45-minute mark of each hour, regardless of whether a lifeguard is present. This designated time allows adults ages 18 and older to lap swim or relax and is also a great opportunity to accompany younger children to the restroom. Please help keep our pool clean by picking up after yourself and your guests.

Pool Access & Fobs
All residents must access the pool using their assigned fob and enter through the main gate. Please do not prop gates open or allow others to enter. Fobs are active only for members whose HOA dues are current.

If your fob is not working and your dues are up to date (and it has been more than five business days since a late payment), please contact the Pool Coordinator using the website contact form or the information provided in the directory or newsletter. Please note that board members and volunteers are unable to immediately process late payments. Paying dues on time is the best way to ensure uninterrupted access to the pool and other community amenities.

Prohibited Items & Activities
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, glass containers, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited within the pool gates. Pets are not permitted inside the pool area. Please read all pool rules found in the current year's Directory and review them with your family and guests prior to visiting.
