WSA, Inc. Dues
WSA relies on everyone's timely payments to maintain the neighborhood. Your dues payments cover insurance, amenity and common area upkeep, grounds and pool contracts, social activities, utilities, and more!
If you have questions about your balance or need to request a closing letter, please use the Contact Form on the website. Be sure to include your lot number with all payments and communication. Lot numbers can be found in the Directory if needed.
Annual dues for 2026 are $688. Dues can be paid in full by January 1st each year. Residents may also choose to make quarterly payments of $172 due on or before January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st of each year. Interest is charged on accounts with a remaining balance after a 30 day grace period.
Payments can be made via the following methods:
- Drop off a check at the clubhouse payment box (must include your lot number on the check).
- Pay online via the website. (FYI - the website charges a convenience fee.)

- Mail a check to our PO Box.
If mailing/dropping off a check, please include your name and lot number.
